  Do you feel like you’ve spent years building your clinical expertise while everything else around it has gotten harder? Administrative tasks that expand to fill whatever time you have left, a schedule that doesn’t bend when life requires it, the feeling that your experience isn’t valued in your everyday work?    At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, and we know to do that we have to do things differently: our clinicians have flexibility in  their schedules and compensation models, we work in true multidisciplinary model, and we invest in our team’s growth through every stage of their careers. We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!       What Your Day Looks Like    Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one -  to -  one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% of their day.    What We're Offering    Compensation options     Salary ($90,000–$120,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($72 to $85/billed hour, $90 per evaluation). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.    Schedule flexibility and time off     Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and flexible schedules! We've built options around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.     Growth opportunities from the start     We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that’s why we’ve built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:    $250 CEU reimbursement , increasing up to  $1,500 annually  with tenure    Woven's Clinical Advancement Program , where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging   Leadership opportunities     Leadership opportunities exist here if you want them. 100% of Woven Care’s clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists. We’re growing and we want people who want to grow WITH us!     Sign-on bonus     Up to $8,000 in bonus!    Benefits options     Medical, dental, vision plans for individuals and families, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!      What You Need    Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program   Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain   5+ years of experience     At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!).
