Pine Woods Animal Hospital  is seeking an experienced  Licensed Veterinary Technician  to join our team! We are a Fear Free clinic and applicants who have or would like to pursue their Fear Free certification are encouraged to apply! In this role, you will: Provide excellent patient care during surgical and dental procedures - including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs. Ensure efficient exam room workflow and outstanding client communication. Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy and clarity. Collaborate with your team to support the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient visits, ensuring the highest level of patient care. Our technicians are  crucial in delivering exceptional patient care  by taking technician appointments, assisting with surgery, coordinating and executing treatment plans, and providing thorough client education. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled, outgoing technicians who want to  fully utilize their education and expertise  while making meaningful connections with clients and their pets. Schedule and Compensation: Compensation: $23 - 26 per hour, for each hour worked Schedule: This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday and usually 1 Saturday shift per month.
