Position Overview The Sales Support Administrator reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and provides critical administrative and operational support that keeps deals and client accounts moving. This role manages client documentation, internal coordination, Salesforce data, vendor compliance, temporary labor coordination, and other business operations activities. The position frequently interfaces with VPs, Directors of Operations, proposal specialists, clients, vendors, and other internal stakeholders. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who communicates clearly, follows structured processes, and stays ahead of deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports multiple stakeholders, anticipates needs, and helps create a frictionless experience for both clients and the Titan team. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between Sales, Sales Enablement, Operations, client representatives, and vendors to ensure sales support processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Monitor risk management and compliance requirements, including contract terms and certificates of insurance (COIs). Support Proposal and Rebid Specialists with RFP responses, rebids, and current-client needs. Facilitate requests for temporary or surge security services in partnership with field operations. Maintain productive relationships with third-party providers and subcontractors, including uniform vendors and off-duty law enforcement providers. Coordinate temporary, surge, and special-event service requirements with Operations. Coordinate catering orders, meeting refreshments, and onsite logistics for client presentations, internal meetings, and special events. Manage client appreciation and gift orders, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and timely delivery. Maintain accurate and current Salesforce CRM data throughout the sales process. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Post-secondary degree preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, customer service, project coordination, or a similar role. Certificates, Licenses & Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC. Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow is preferred but not required. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the security industry is a plus, but not required. Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Schedule: Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends. Pre-Employment Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. What Will Set You Apart Prior experience supporting sales teams, operations teams, or proposal/RFP processes. Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Comfort working with CRM systems, reporting tools, or process documentation. Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and follow through on details. Experience in the security, facilities, property management, or service-based industries. Travel & Work Requirements This is an on-site position five (5) days per week. The role requires the ability to travel to client and branch office locations throughout suburban Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Travel is expected to be less than 10%.
