Customer Service Representative  Location: Irvine, CA | On-site  ||  Department: Customer Service || Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making a real difference for clients? As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact, guiding clients through their tax resolution journey with clarity, confidence, and care. What You’ll Do Act as a point of communication with clients, proactively updating and coordinating with Case Managers and Tax Professionals to keep cases moving forward. Deliver exceptional client service by professionally handling inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, and providing timely updates. Conduct outbound outreach to request important case documents and information from clients. Stay highly organized by prioritizing tasks, managing case files, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Review, edit, and upload client documents efficiently into our systems. What You Bring  1+ years of strong customer service experience. Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other standard business tools.  Minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM. Experience working in a high-volume call center environment or in a high-call-volume position (both inbound and outbound calls required).
