Last year alone, our team helped clients resolve over $34 million in tax debt — and our accounting team plays a direct role in making that relief possible. Our social media channels showcase our team's activities, efforts to give back to the community, and insights from our executives.    What You'll Do Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Produce clean, error-free accounting reports and present findings to management Analyze financial statements and summarize results in clear terms Identify errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems and procedures Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy Advise clients on potential liabilities and risk areas Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Deliver a consistent, high standard of client service   What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus not a must 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or tax resolution Working knowledge of tax law and GAAP Experience with Logics and/or Salesforce, plus QuickBooks or similar Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment   Why This Role This is a chance to work at the intersection of tax expertise and client advisory — where your accuracy and judgment directly protect clients from liability and help the business run better. If you're someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys explaining complex tax concepts in plain language, we'd like to talk.   Compensation & Work Setup 75,000–$83,000 base, with uncapped commission opportunities bringing average total earnings to $95,000+ Fully onsite in Irvine, CA   Application Process This position includes an AI interview screening to pre-qualify candidates for the role. Qualified applicants will be invited to complete the AI interview as the first step in the process.  AI interviews must be completed with 6 days upon receipt.   We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
