Sigma Defense is seeking a SMWDC Surface Warfare Requirements & Experimentation Analyst to support our team in San Diego, CA. Requirements 8+ years of experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer. At least 5 years of experience with Command-and-Control issues, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets. Experience as a WTI (AMW or ASW/SUW) qualified officer preferred. Aviation Officer qualification is acceptable. Experience with Staff and Fleet operations and procedures. Must be a U.S. citizen. Personnel Clearance Level: Candidate must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher. A clearance will not be sponsored. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive): Work closely with the N8/N9 shop on capability assessments across the SMWDC domain. Salary Range : $128,000 - $158,000 annually.
