Secondary Structures: ( Fairings & Fillets, Cowlings, Control Surfaces, Doors, Winglets & Leading Edges) Typical Detail Parts in Wichita Fuselage skins/Frames/Stringers/Floor beams/Pressure bulkheads/Door structures/Cockpit structures/Structural machined parts/Sheet-metal assemblies/Composite aerostructures Position : Repair Design Engineer\ Stress Engineer . Location - Wichita KS- Onsite Required Skills No. of years of exp Aerospace Repair Design Aircraft Structural Repairs Design Composite Structures Non-Conformance (MRB) Support repair substantiation CATIA V5 Aerospace domain Repair Design Engineer to support aerostructures non-conformance disposition, repair design, discrepant hardware evaluation, repair concepts, technical substantiation, and repair documentation. Key Responsibilities: Experience in Repair design with CATIA V5 and GD&T of Aero structures metallic and/or composite structures, Engineering release/change control, repair substantiation Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design, and Certification teams. Preferred: Fuselage, nacelle, pylon product knowledge.
