Mason, and we are looking for somebody  skilled,  energetic, eager to learn ,  and able to handle  multitasking  without issue .   The successful candidate will  maintain a  professional appearance at all times ,  as this role  directs  all incoming calls, greeting all visitors, prospective job candidates ,  and customers at our offices.  Additionally, this position is responsible for  managing the handling and distribution of  all incoming  and outgoing  US Mail, UPS ,  and FEDEX packages . This position  is also responsible for  placing office supply , snack ,  and drink orders ,  as well as  other administrative tasks as needed.   Specific Responsibilities This person will ensure that our office is welcoming for visitors and comfortable for our Associates. High level of professionalism – no participation in gossip, politics, or activity that betrays confidences, or creates a disharmonious workplace This role will act as the receptionist to greet visitors, customers, and vendors as they enter the main lobby. Prepare and provide guest badges and sign-in all visitors to our building. A critical function of this role is to provide phone support for the multi-line phone system, including call forwarding to appropriate departments/associates and taking messages for the appropriate teams when they are unavailable to take a call. Manage the handling and distribution of all incoming mail. Handle outgoing mail, shredding, and other office tasks. Support the office team with miscellaneous projects as needed (photocopies, building binders, laminating, scanning files). Manage catering orders for company-sponsored meetings and events. Overtime hours for before and/or after-hours events will be required on an as needed basis, sometimes with short notice. Order snacks, drinks, and office supplies. Other tasks as needed.     Qualifications Required Competencies Customer service oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Time management and organizational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and all of its products. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who maintains a high level of professionalism and is a strong team player.  This role may require strict confidentiality at times.   Required Education and Experience Full-time availability. High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Previous receptionist experience answering a multi-line phone system. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
