The Centralized Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the goals for the portfolio they support. This role requires a executer with excellent attention to detail, communication skills, creativity, and a thorough understanding of various marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with the ability to streamline processes for maximum efficiency. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. What You'll Do: Email Marketing Create, send and optimize email marketing campaigns Segment audiences to increase performance Website Copy & Pricing Manage pricing, incentives and call-to-action copy on property websites Maintain accuracy across pricing and availability Social Media Analytics and Reporting, Account Management Manage new account set up Maintain platform strategy (tracking, links) Competitor research and analysis Monitor branding across platforms Create content for special campaigns Outbound Marketing Collateral Manage and process requests for outbound marketing flyers and collateral Build and maintain and library of on-trend templates for quick turnaround Internet Listing Services Maintain accuracy for active listings with approved partners Manage manual rent updates for net effective rent Google My Business Listing Maintain Google My Business listings for properties within the portfolio Leverage listings as needed for specials and call-to-action Digital Audit Complete an audit of all online advertising and websites to ensure accuracy Make recommendations and manage changes as needed What You'll Need: Demonstrate the PeakMade mindsets and contribute to the team and company culture Clearly communicate verbally and in writing Display superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with a variety of personality profiles; and be tactful, mature, and flexible Be resourceful and well organized Strong attention to detail, heavy execution strengths Effective multitasker, ability to manage multiple detail-oriented tasks at once Additional Requirements: Marketing or related degree or equivalent professional qualification Direct experience managing and leading the sales and marketing strategy for a property (Leasing Manager and above) Direct experience with social media management High degree of proficiency in Entrata, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, MS Word and Excel Relevant apartment industry experience with a focus on sales, marketing and leasing required Additional Preferred Skills: Experience with EliseAI Social Content Creation WordPress Experience Who We Are PeakMade Real Estate is an Atlanta-based company that specializes in the management and development of off-campus student housing, multi-family and build to rent communities across the US.
