🚨🦆💜 URGENT: THE DUCKS HAVE MET. THE CRAYONS HAVE VOTED. WE NEED A BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN. 💜🦆🚨 We don't know how it got to this point. There was a meeting. Someone brought snacks. A rubber duck was elected president. And somehow, YOU are now being recruited. 😭 🎉💜 NOW HIRING: BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN / ABA PARA! 💜🎉 📍 NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ 07504 💸 $20–$30 PER HOUR! 🎨 FUN ACTIVITIES. REAL IMPACT. QUESTIONABLE AMOUNTS OF GOOFY ENERGY. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🧐 BE HONEST. ARE YOU THIS KIND OF HUMAN? 🦖 Do you have the energy of a toddler who just discovered they can run? 🎲 Do you take UNO seriously enough to need a five-minute emotional recovery after someone plays a Draw Four? 🗣️ Have you ever said “GOOD JOB!!!” so loudly that three dogs, a neighbor, and someone's grandmother turned around? 🧸 Can you turn playing a game into a whole educational experience without making it feel like homework? 🤪 Do you occasionally make a silly noise for absolutely no reason? 💜 Do you have a big heart and want to help children learn, grow, and celebrate their progress? If you answered YES to at least three of these questions… CONGRATULATIONS. YOU ARE WEIRD IN A POTENTIALLY EMPLOYABLE WAY. 🏆😭 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎪 BUT WAIT… WHAT IS THE ACTUAL JOB? You'll work one-on-one with a child, helping them develop important skills, build confidence, and learn through fun, engaging activities. Your daily adventures may include: 🎨 Coloring like your artistic reputation depends on it. 🧩 Playing games that secretly help build real-life skills. SHHH. DON'T TELL THE HOMEWORK. 🌟 Celebrating little victories like your team just won the World Cup. 💜 Supporting autistic children and helping them thrive. 🎲 Becoming suspiciously good at children's games. 😂 Being silly, creative, patient, and encouraging while doing meaningful work. And the best part? YOU GET PAID FOR YOUR TIME. 💸 Because “I did it for the plot” does not count as an accepted payment method at the grocery store. 😭🛒 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💰 THE MONEY SECTION. PLEASE ALERT YOUR WALLET. 💸 $20–$30 PER HOUR! Your wallet: “Wait… are we healing?” Your bank account: “Don't give me hope.” Your landlord: “I still accept rent.” YOU: “EVERYONE PLEASE CALM DOWN.” 😂 ⏰ PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY! Great for students, people with another job, or anyone looking for meaningful work that can fit into their schedule. 🎓 STUDYING PSYCHOLOGY, EDUCATION, SPECIAL EDUCATION, OR SPEECH THERAPY? This could be valuable hands-on experience to add to your resume! 🤝 TRAINING AND SUPPORT! You don't have to know everything on day one. We'll help you learn the role and build your confidence. No magic wand required. 🪄 No cape required. 🦸 No previous experience being a professional dinosaur required. 🦖 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🦄 OUR IDEAL HUMAN: ✅ Patient and kind. ✅ Dependable. We love people who actually show up. Revolutionary concept. 👏 ✅ Energetic and ready to engage with children. ✅ Compassionate and willing to learn. ✅ Able to be playful while staying responsible. ✅ Interested in making a real difference in a child's life. 🎓 RBT CERTIFICATION? NOT REQUIRED! That's right! You do NOT need to be an RBT to apply. If you have the right attitude, a caring heart, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to connect with you! PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BECOME A CERTIFIED RUBBER DUCK INSTEAD. 🦆 WE CANNOT HELP YOU WITH THAT. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚨💜 NEW PROVIDENCE, WE HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT MISSION. 💜🚨 Somewhere out there is a caring, fun-loving human who wants to earn $20–$30/hour while helping a child grow. That human could be you. It could be your friend. It could be the person who just dropped their phone on their face while reading this in bed. YES, YOU. WE SAW THAT. 👀📱 📍 NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ 07504 💸 $20–$30/HOUR 🎉 NOW HIRING: BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN / ABA PARA 💜 RBT CERTIFICATION NOT REQUIRED! 📞 INTERESTED? SEND US A MESSAGE OR GIVE US A CALL!
