Job Responsibilities : Prioritize safety as a core principle Interpret work orders and blueprints to determine machining requirements Set-up and operate multi-axis CNC machining centers Ensuring proper machine adjustments Machine of quality parts for window & door manufacture Perform quality workmanship with dimensional accuracy Inspect completed parts according to specifications Document & report productivity and non-conforming records Perform secondary machining operations as needed Perform daily maintenance activities to machines as prescribed Maintain a clean and orderly machines & workstations Participate in and contribute to a continuous improvement culture Work professionally and positively with others to achieve a healthy and cohesive working relationship All other duties as assigned  Qualification/Education Requirements: Introductory skill level in CNC machining Ability to utilize various machine-shop measuring instruments helpful Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” accuracy Appetite for a mechanical job role striving to deliver OEE (Optimal Equipment Effectiveness) Machining experience helpful Detail-oriented experience Computer familiarity Work structure organization skill   What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive  benefits  at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
