Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Travel Nurse Practitioner with experience in Neurology to join our team. As a Travel Urology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with urological conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate issues, and other urological disorders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care Diagnose and treat residents with urology conditions, diseases, and infections  Document patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systems Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license DEA License CPR BCLS/BLS certified Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program A year of experience in Urology Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided Must have great organizational and time management skills Reliable transportation Must be willing to travel to different nursing homes within the state of New Jersey (100% commitment) Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day Benefits: Competitive salary : $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 Health Dental Vision 401K Company-Sponsored Life Insurance Paid Time Off Malpractice Insurance Why Work With Us?
