Description Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Lake Mary, FL office. This a full-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office. Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume. What You'll Do: Responsible for assisting FL attorneys and other litigation staff in facilitating and finalizing settlements of contested litigation matters involving debt defense council. Submitting offers from defense counsel to clients using preferred methods (i.e. email or upload into proprietary system) Identifying and generating drafts of settlement documents Facilitate obtaining signatures from all parties Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards. Requirements Paralegal Certificate or associate's degree (preferred). Prior law firm experience - required Basic knowledge of civil litigation Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
