We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to be an early pillar in our finance team. You’ll help with financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support iRocket’s growth trajectory. The Role Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and budgets Support cash flow management and capital planning Conduct cost analysis, margin analysis, and performance metrics Liaise with other departments to gather input and validate assumptions Maintain financial models and sensitivity analyses Assist with audits, accounting policies, and compliance tasks Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP or relevant) Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Wellness Resources
