Description Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking a Construction Observation & Testing (COT) Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bridgeville, PA. As a COT PM, you'll take charge of supervising Construction Field Technicians in the field, conducting crucial observations and testing related to Special Inspections during site work and building construction. Your role will involve compiling comprehensive reports and overseeing field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel. Collaborating closely with technical experts, you'll coordinate personnel and equipment while liaising with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and management entities to address challenges swiftly and ensure project requirements are meticulously fulfilled. Requirements 3-5 years of Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field is a plus WACEL, NICET, ICC, or ACI certification is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as internet-based tools Ability to effectively coordinate projects and work closely with clients, subcontractors, and management entities Good driving record, valid driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle Eligibility to work in the United States Benefits We believe in taking care of our team—professionally, personally, and everything in between.
