We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused Remote Hospitality and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel and hospitality experiences while supporting marketing initiatives designed to promote destinations, accommodations, and vacation experiences. You will communicate with clients, research travel options, coordinate reservation details, and assist with digital content and promotional efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, organization, social media, and creative communication. Key Responsibilities Research and coordinate travel options including hotels, resorts, transportation, activities, and other hospitality services Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, reservation details, and itineraries Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and respond to general inquiries Coordinate with hospitality and travel partners to confirm bookings and arrangements Assist with creating and scheduling travel and hospitality-related content for social media and digital platforms Support promotional efforts highlighting destinations, accommodations, vacation experiences, and seasonal offers Maintain accurate client records, communications, and reservation documentation Provide professional and timely customer support to ensure a positive client experience Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency with basic computer skills , including email, web browsing, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Familiarity with social media and online communication platforms Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace Previous customer service, hospitality, marketing, administrative, or travel-related experience is helpful but not required Benefits Flexible remote work schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to gain experience in both hospitality and digital marketing Exposure to a variety of destinations, accommodations, and travel suppliers Access to travel-related discounts and perks after eligibility requirements are met Opportunity to strengthen customer service, communication, organization, and marketing skills Rewarding work helping clients enjoy seamless and memorable travel experiences
