Employee Assistance Program      Referral Program      Professional Development Assistance        Team Building Events      Incentive Program Opportunities for RBT & BCBA supervision  Opportunities to earn PDU's for RBT's    Responsibilities:   Respond to the goals, needs and requests of students and supervisors, on an individualized basis, and in a professional manner on the bus and in the student's home Work collaboratively with a behavior consultant and/or clinical supervisor to provide academic, behavioral, and social/emotional support to student with special needs Implementation of behavior support plans or skill acquisition programs (data collection, progress reporting, CPI training and implementation)  Help with daily living tasks, such as mobility, hygiene, and transitions. Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students in accordance with State and Federal regulations Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
