About the role Great teams aren’t hired by accident. The best engineers on this team didn’t apply — someone found them, wrote them a message worth answering, and ran a process so clean they never drifted toward another offer. This role is how we do more of that. You’ll spend roughly half your time sourcing passive technical candidates and half keeping our interview process moving cleanly. It’s an entry point into technical recruiting with real ownership from the start, and a seat built for someone who wants to   become   a recruiter — not just support one. What you'll do Sourcing - Identify and reach out to passive candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other channels - Write outreach that gets replies; personalized, specific, and short - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill silicon and systems roles - Review inbound applications against role criteria and route the right ones forward quickly - Track outreach volume and response rates, and adjust what isn't working   Coordination - Schedule phone screens, panels, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones - Own onsite logistics end to end; agendas, interviewer confirmations, meals, travel, and candidate communications - Send interviewers their guides ahead of time, and chase scorecards afterward so debriefs aren't blocked - Keep Greenhouse accurate: clean pipelines and correct stages - Support campus recruiting — career fairs, info sessions, and intern pipeline logistics What we're looking for - 1-2 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a fast-paced operations role - Exceptional organization: you can hold twenty open threads without dropping one - Strong written communication — your outreach needs to sound like a person, not a template - Genuine attention to detail, especially with data. You notice when something doesn't reconcile - Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a company that's still building its process - Interest in learning technical vocabulary quickly — DV, RTL, physical design, packaging, compilers Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.  California pay range $80,000 — $130,000 USD Compensation Final offers depend on level, location, and skills relevant to the role. Additional compensation: equity grant per company guidelines; medical / dental / vision; 401(k); standard PTO.  Visa Sponsorship DensityAI sponsors qualified candidates for H-1B, O-1, TN, E-3, and other employment-based visas, and we welcome applicants on F-1 OPT and STEM-OPT. Work authorization is required at start; we provide immigration support to secure or transfer status. Export Controls Aspects of this role may involve access to information subject to U.S. export controls (EAR/ITAR). We may discuss licensing or scope adjustments during the interview.
