Little Medical School Instructor (Part-Time) Love working with kids? Interested in medicine, science, or education? Little Medical School is looking for energetic, enthusiastic instructors to bring hands-on medical and STEM experiences to kids ages 3–14! This is a fun and rewarding part-time opportunity where you’ll lead interactive classes, introduce kids to real (age-appropriate) medical tools, and inspire them through hands-on activities, role-playing, and creative learning. What You’ll Do Teach engaging after-school programs, camps, and special events Lead fun, interactive lessons using our provided curriculum Create a positive, welcoming, and exciting classroom environment Encourage kids to explore healthcare, science, and STEM through hands-on learning Help students build confidence while having fun and learning something new! Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with kids Reliable and confident leading a group Friendly, patient, and engaging A strong communicator who enjoys making learning fun Experienced working with children through teaching, coaching, babysitting, tutoring, or similar activities No medical background? No problem!  A passion for working with kids and a willingness to learn are what matter most. Bonus Experience (Not Required) Any of the following are a plus: Background in healthcare, education, science, or STEM Pre-med, nursing, education, or other related studies Drama or theater experience Experience leading camps, clubs, sports, or other children's programs Schedule Part-time with flexible hours Classes primarily weekday afternoons, typically  2–6 PM Additional opportunities to teach camps and special events Great opportunity for students, educators, coaches, and anyone looking for meaningful part-time work Why Join Little Medical School? Requirements -Must be 18 years of age or older -Pass a live-scan background check -Experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred) -Reliable vehicle -Willingness to take TB Test required within the last 12 months (after hired) -Complete CA Mandated Reporter Training (after hired) - Benefits -Competitive pay rate $25-30/hour (based on experience) -Paid training/meetings -Sales bonuses -401k -Paid travel time between locations -Opportunities for growth within the company -Company paid ECEs -Flexible hours
