We are specifically looking for afterschool care staff between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $20/hour! Current Hiring Needs: Owosso, MI What We Offer: Paid Training – No prior ABA experience required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans. Track progress and celebrate achievements with families. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus). Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn. Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability. Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.
