We are seeking an experienced Calibration Technician to join Trident Calibration Labs, an Accredited Labs company!      Are you eager to blend your customer service experience with your technical and mechanical skills? We are looking for experienced technicians to join our team where your precision, interpersonal skills, and mechanical aptitude will pave the way for success!     Location: Trident Calibration Lab office is in Phoenix, AZ and works on-site at various customer sites.     Day to Day Responsibilities:    Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sites   Perform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per company processes and instructional documentation   Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures, standards, and protocols    Working directly with clients with good communication to provide client updates on services needed    Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards   Maintain calibration activity records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and to date   Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support   Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates       You will be successful in this role if you:    Have the ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly    Can adapt to multiple different work environments and settings     Are customer-oriented with excellent communication skills   Are a person who is punctual, respectful, and honest with a positive attitude    Have an excellent attention to detail    Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn     Basic Qualifications:   3+ years of Calibration experience in General Purpose Test Equipment to include electronic, physical/mechanical and dimensional   Able to lift 50lbs   Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word   Excellent customer service skills   Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Good organizational and prioritization skills   Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record     Nice to have:   Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields   Technical Degree or Certificate   Military PMEL Training   Experience with IndySoft     About Us:   Accredited Labs is a trusted provider of accredited calibration services.
